Cotton Mill is a residential development located in the heart of Kelham Island, Sheffield.

The scheme is set out over four storeys and consists of studio, one and two bedroom apartments, in addition to two large commercial units to the ground floor.

Broadfield are providing both Quantity Surveying and Project Management services for the scheme which commenced in January 2021 and is scheduled to complete in Summer 2022.
