Breathing Life Back into Sheffield’s Cathedral Quarter

As Broadfield continue to provide Quantity Surveying and Project Management services at Penning Five, it’s fantastic to see this landmark building, located in the heart of Sheffield’s Cathedral Quarter coming back to life.

The developer, RBH Properties, have recently agreed a deal for a flexible workspace provider, Spaces, to occupy the upper floors of one of the eight-storey buildings.

Fit out of a bespoke workspace, including private offices, co-working areas, meeting rooms and collaborative spaces is currently underway, with Spaces expected to move into Pennine Five in Spring 2023.

Spaces will be the latest company to take up residency in the building, which once completed, will provide a total of 230,000 sqft of contemporary office space, an onsite wellbeing and fitness suite, and a public plaza offering green spaces, seating, and food and drinks from independent outlets.
