Oldway Swansea on target for completion next year

Broadfield are pleased to confirm that the development of the Oldway Centre, a landmark building within the heart of Swansea City Centre is on target for completion next year.

The Oldway Centre will open its doors to students at the start of the 2019 Autumn term and will offer accommodation to over 550 students in the form of cluster and studio accommodation.

The development is one of Swansea City Centre’s biggest ever building transformations and reflects Swansea Councils regeneration plans which will see many more people living within the City Centre.
