Mansion House emerges at New Islington Marina

The scaffold has started to come down revealing the innovative cross laminate timer (CLT) structure of Urban Splash’s first Mansion House.

Enjoying stunning views across the New Islington marina, Mansion House is a new design-led concept from Urban Splash and compliments their existing modular house range.  This is the first of three blocks to be built at New Islington before it is rolled-out across the country.  Broadfield are providing project management, quantity surveying and contract administrator services on the scheme.
