Pennine Five and Cotton Mill shortlisted for Insider Property Awards

It’s great to see two of Broadfield’s projects shortlisted for the Insider Property Awards 2023.

Both Cotton Mill and Pennine Five have received nominations, alongside a number of other high-profile developments within the region.

Cotton Mill is in the running for both the Design Excellence Award and Outstanding Development of the year, whilst Pennine Five has been shortlisted for the Sustainable Development of the Year award.

We’re really proud of our involvement in both of these outstanding schemes and hope for every success on the night.

Winners are to be announced at the Insider Property Dinner at Sheffield City Hall on the 6^th July 2023.
