Planning Approval Granted at Electric House, Croydon

Planning approval has been granted to convert Electric House, a four storey Grade II listed building in Croydon town centre, into a new University campus for London South Bank University.

The refurbished space will include university accommodation, a lecture theatre, classrooms, a nursing skills suite and replica hospital wards.

Broadfield are delighted to be providing Quantity Surveying and Project Management services for the scheme which is due for completion in 2021.
