Electric House, Croydon

The works comprise the conversion of Electric House, a Grade II listed building, to provide a new campus for London South Bank University students studying health, social care, business and finance.

The University accommodation, totalling 56,000sqft includes a lecture theatre, classrooms and a cafe. The campus also includes nursing skills suites that replicate hospital wards, whilst a ground floor service hub provides shared public services.
