Port Loop Phase 1A, Birmingham

Phase 1A sees the construction and delivery of 40nr, 2 and 3 storey houses on the site. This will form part of an overall Masterplan that will see the delivery of up to 1150 residential units along with complimentary retail, leisure and commercial uses which will transform this neglected and underused part of Birmingham into a progressive, vibrant and family-focused waterside neighbourhood for the 21st Century.

The houses will be delivered utilising volumetric construction techniques, that enable purchasers to choose internal layouts based on how they wish to live. The houses will share a communal garden in the centre of the site. All of the properties will have a private driveway or dedicate parking provision, with some properties being set on the Icknield Port Loop Canal.
