Knoll Court, Newcastle

GSA have a rolling capital programme to invest in modernising their property portfolio. The role out of this programme commenced with Knoll Court in Newcastle.

The scheme comprises the construction of a new laundry, common room and multi function ancilliary space, along with the internal reorganisation of the management suite, reception and meeting room to form a new entrance from the main road.
