Lakeshore, Bristol

The Lakeshore development comprises of 136 apartments, split over 4 floors of accommodation, built on top of the 3-storey car park structure that was completed, during Phase 1 of the project.

Residents will live in sustainable, design led apartments overlooking a private lake, surrounded by 10 acres of landscaped grounds. The development is part of a wider regeneration of the area and is therefore key to the successful regeneration of the Hartcliffe area.
