Lister Mills, Bradford

Once the world’s largest silk mill, Lister Mills is a stunning collection of Grade II* Listed mills and warehouses which dominate the Bradford skyline. The regeneration of Lister Mills has created new homes, offices, retail and leisure space.

Broadfield have been involved with the completion of the 5th floor apartments which created 28 apartments, the Engine Rooms which created 8 apartments and now the 6th & 7th floor roof pods which will create 30 apartments and are due for completion towards the end of Summer 2018
