Mile End Road

Broadfield are serving as the project manager for the Mile End Road – Genesis Cinema rejuvenation project, the scheme is aimed at revitalizing the cinema and adding a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) in Tower Hamlets. The project encompasses coordination of expertise with many consultants/professionals to foster a community-focused development that enhances both cultural and residential aspects of the area.

In March 2025 the scheme was formally submitted for planning approval, marking a significant milestone in the projects progression.
